In the age of geolocation and 5G, marking objects, constructions, geography—maybe just things—has become more dispensable than ever from the standpoint of mobility, logistics, and efficiency. This is, from the perspective of practical life.
In an era when Amazon packages reach almost everywhere in less than a day, there exists a hidden and very human demand that is neither commercial nor economic: signalling to find, finding to significate, giving a meaning so that we can understand.
